"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. The cold water supply line valve had locked up and couldn't be turned off, so James quickly replaced the old dial valve with a 1/4 turn valve (which had already been done for the supply lines for the dishwater and hot water). In and out in quick order and cleaned up all debris. Very personable, too."
