"This was a wonderful experience for us! Bob was super-responsive, and really helpful and courteous during the walk-through. Bob's crew of several men completed the work in a morning. They expertly removed the fallen tree, taking care not to damage the lawn. They also trimmed nearby trees that had been damaged by the falling oak. They climbed the double-trunked oak and topped it, and left the trunks standing for habitat, as I had asked. They also cut the branches into firewood lengths. They did a beautiful job of pruning and thinning, and cleaned it all up. I added a couple of other smaller trees to the job as they were working, and they took care of those, too. I would recommend this company most highly!"

"I contacted five tree removal services for estimates. Richard's Tree Care was the only one who has yet to provide me with an estimate. I do not know what the problem is. I initially attempted to establish an appointment by using the online form on their website. After three or four days of not hearing from them, I decided to contact them by telephone. I did get hold of someone and set up an appointment. The guy came out. Took my list of what was to be done. We went around the yard discussing each tree. At the end, he said he would email me the estimate. I asked if he had my email address. He assured me that the office had it and my telephone number. I waited five days; emailed the office, and still have not heard from them. But, I had to move on. I believe that I gave them ample time to respond, but they chose not to or their communication system is not operating properly. Don't know. Don't care at this point."
