Brian and his crew do great work. They are hardworking, reliable, consistent, and affordable and strive to make the customer happy. They also leave the work area clean every single day they are working on am install. They also keep our 6 acres of lawn,trees, and beds looking crisp, beautiful and weed free throughout the year with weeding, mulching, preventive applications, seasonal cleanup of leaves, cutting back of grasses and lerennials, a d trimming shrubbery. I highly recommend KB Landscaping!

Initially Freddy agreed to do the job, only to cancel out a week later. After a couple of weeks, I asked if he was free to do the job, but I haven't heard back.

Not as good as I would like

He did a nice job. They came out a couple of days after I paid for it. He was very responsive. He has done two other jobs for me since. They completed the task. They did a great job. They contacted me that day with an e-mail. We communicated pretty quickly. He just set it up and he did a nice job. He was there on time. I've already used him twice since.

Freddy worked his rear off to get the job completed on time. They edged all the beds, pulled weeds and grass from each bed, ending in several garbage bags of recyclable debris. My husband mulched after they cleaned out the beds. All in all, we were pleased with the work and would ask him back in the future. We had a contract for 2 people for 4 hours each.

Once they started I asked if they could cut down a small section on the side that had Ivey. I a Said 80, and they agreed. At the end I was surprised at how they didn't edge or do much of anything. They were gone in 30 minutes. I have spent the same on someone spending all day working around the yard, and they worked hard. I wasn't impressed. Then after the first time they never showed up again. I had requested a weekly service. I also asked for a quote on putting terraced retaining walls and landscaping. I guess it wasn't worth their time. I wouldn't recommend them if your lawn isn't a perfect place to cut.

Fredy was very responsive to me. But I'm afraid the quality of the work was terrible. Instead of replacing old posts, he cut new posts in half and nailed them to the old posts. To be fair, he did take off $400 from my bill for this. The drainage was installed quickly, only after I reminded him about it, and the job was also terrible. The pipe was not put in the grown, simply laid on top of the ground and ends close to the house rather than away from the house. I can already tell that the water is coming through the new retaining wall, not being drained off as it should be. I have to spend another $1,500 for a different contractor to come and do it properly. In the cleaning, it was mostly OK, but I had to ask him to remove ivy growing up the trees, which he assured me would be included, and he left his own McDonalds trash in the front yard. I like Fredy and I think he is capable, but I think the job I hired him for was way too much for him and far outside his and his small crew's abilities. If you decide to use him, you should be sure to record all conversations because his estimate has no details to rely on in terms of what is agreed. This is certainly a case where I went with the lowest bidder and now regret it.

Fantastic!!! They were on time and went right to work. By the time they were done there wasn't a weed left, and believe me there were lots, many of them 4 feet high. Trees and bushes were trimmed nicely. Would definitely use them again.

Very, very well, Fredy and his team went above and beyond. I'm very impressed and will be using Fredy and his team on a contractual basis!!!
