He was recommended by the radon level testing company we secured to test our newly built home, which was completed in September 2014. Time will tell how effective it is (still need to wait 48 hours to test the radon levels again) but I'm able to hear the fan through the drain (they covered the grate with a one-way drain) at the opposite corner of the house so it's definitely getting good coverage.
