I contacted Fidelity Home Inspections of Maryland to inspect my roof. Mr. Alderson arrived on time. He was very professional. Answered all of the questions I had prior to the inspection and gave me a verbal critique after the inspection. As he promised I received a detailed written report via email within 24 hours.

Bill is hands down an amazing home inspector. We hired him this past weekend and he came early, answered all of our questions, took notes down, took pictures of things that needed repairs, did a roof inspection as well as termite inspection and did everything so thoroughly that he stayed well past 4 hours. He was so nice and very knowledgeable. He truly is passionate about his job and wants us to know every detail about our future home, which is so appreciative. Thanks for all of your help Bill!

Bill is absolutely fantastic. He is thorough, supportive, and takes the time elaborate and help you out in any way possible. Great customer service and availability. I hired bill for a mold inspection and a roof inspection. The report for the roof was ready the same day and as soon as he got the mold results back from the lab the report was given to me immediately. I had a question about mold about a month or two after I had the inspection done and I called him up and we had a conversation about every concern I had - bill is a very caring individual. Will definitely recommend

Radon Gas Testing
I scheduled the radon testing with Bill. He was very thorough and accommodating. Bill agreed to meet my real estate agent at the property to set up the testing equipment. As promised, the test results were provided in a report format and after 48 hrs. Great service.
