"Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!"

"There's nothing worse that dealing with pooring rain and strong winds and then hearing the drip, drip sound of water coming into your home due to a damaged roof. I reached out to roofing repair companies through Angie's list and Roofing Pups responded. Marcus came out the next day and put my fears at ease. The bad news was that I needed a new roof. He showed me my options available, categorized as "good", "better" and "best". Despite my choosing the lowest option, he still threw in some discounts and upgrades at no additional cost. I signed the contract and he arranged for someone to come out at tarp my roof. He even went the extra mile of going to Home Depot and setting up buckets in my attic to catch the water still coming in. The roofing crew came out two days later and gave me a beautiful new roof. He was was professional throughout the process. He responded quickly to all of my inquiries by phone and email. Most of the work was completed by Douglas and his assistants Benjamin and Caesar. After six months of research, and receiving several quotes for improvement in the Alexandria, VA area, I confidently selected Chris and HCR because of Chris’ customer service, HCR’s Better Business Bureau’s rating of A+, and the products available. Additionally, the installation teams were outstanding, which involved one installation team for widows and a patio door and a different installation team for siding. The installation teams left the installation areas clean as well as thoroughly explained the new products and ensured there were no questions.
