Excellent service. Prompt and on-time. The work looks great and they did a great job with the trimming and yard cleanup. Thank you !!

These guys did a good job from start to finish. They provided a detailed written estimate and the work was done by the owner and two employees. The wood was cut to spec (18" - 24") and neatly stacked on the premises. I had used another tree service (Jand R) a few weeks prior to remove two large trees from my backyard and wish I had used these guys, instead - lesson learned read less

They removed the trees right down to the ground, no stump sticking up! All branches, leaves, and any trace of the trees were hauled away. Clean, fast, and very professional, I would call these folks again in a heartbeat.

They were wonderful. They perform a fantastic and excellent clean up and are very personable. They seem up front and are a very reputable company around my area which is the reason I chose them. I was very pleased with their work. I would use them again in the future and would refer them to other people read less

I live in a small community, so there are not a lot of options in choosing amongst a variety of contractors; however, I have used Earth and Tree a few times and also have some experience with other local tree service contractors in the area. These guys are the best of the bunch (Jand R Landscaping was the worst), but certainly not the cheapest and like they say, you usually tend to get what you pay for read less

The trees timmed looked exceptional. The trees cut down and were cleaned up and disposed of by Earth and Tree. They used the proper equipment both for safety and for the job. I think the price was $900. but I have had them several times to clean up from storms when trees were damaged or have fallen on a barn. I just called them around April 15th for vines growing up some of the trees. They were honest and advised me to call a lawn and garden company because for that job they would be too expensive. I really appreciated their advise read less

We were happy. They did a great job. They were very neat and professional. They seemed to know a lot about the trees. We had a question about a couple of other trees, and they were very helpful. They did such a great job that when we came home we could not even tell, except for the stump. There was no mess: they cleaned everything up. We would use G.E.M. again read less

I had to call twice to have the owner come out to give me an estimate, but he came on time after second call. After I accepted his price, they came out later that week, as promised, and did all the work except removing the stump, which required a second visit. They did everything I asked them to do and did a good job read less

Owner provided the estimate, but two of his employees did the actual work. They were supposed to take down the trees and cut them into 18" - 24" sections and leave the wood; however, many, if not most, sections were longer than 24". In taking down the trees, they damaged my sun porch, gutter, and stone steps. When asked about any damage at the end of the day, they denied knowledge of any damage and when it was pointed out, they merely shrugged their shoulders like it was no big deal and left. Initially, I was unaware of the full extent of the damage, but after doing a walk-around, it was clear they had to be aware of damage, but lied about it when asked. The owner was contacted and did stop by to view said damage (after I called him twice). He said they would take care of it, but after seven weeks of no one showing up, I called him again. He said he would stop by later that day, but never did show up or call to say he wasn't coming. That was almost two weeks ago and I've pretty much given up on seeing them back here. I've used at least four different tree service/landscapers in my area over the 20 or so years I've lived here and without a doubt, these guys were the worst and most unprofessional of the bunch read less

I need several stumps removed from my premises and called EZ Out for an estimate. He (Ron) stopped by one afternoon and provided a verbal quote that sounded very reasonable for the work that needed done. He asked if I could wait "a couple weeks" for him to do the work and I indicated that would be fine. I never heard from him again despite numerous calls left on his answering machine since then asking whether he was still interested in doing the work. I finally asked for the courtesy of a response even if he didn't want to do the job so I could find someone else that was interested, but he didn't respond to that message, either. In hindsight, perhaps it was all for the best as the lack of responsiveness might be a indicator of the quality of his work, but I guess I'll never know since I will now find someone else to do the job read less
