"Dean provided my complimentary basement inspection which consisted of looking for water entry points, foundation and floor cracks, and all potential other water challenges in the basement. He spent about 20 minutes walking me through each point of the Inspection and explaining to me the purpose what he was looking for and why. He took measurements and inspected the foundation, and then he presented a quote for the work to be performed. The work crew arrived on time, and they were quick and efficient. The crew took great care to keep dust and dirt to a minimum. They removed all debris from the work site and left the basement very clean. The new drain tile , piping, and sump pump are of very high quality, and have managed to keep my basement completely dry, even during the rain deluge that destroyed nearby Ellicott City MD."
