Emergency services offered

Specialize in tree removal, tree trimming, and general tree expertise. We have many years of experience in the tree industry. Currently work for a big tree company throughout the week. Decided we would like to start our own tree service business to not only make ourselves extra money, but to offer a more affordable price. We have a lot of experience and take pride in our work and take pride in safely and efficiently working on someone else’s property. We carry insurance that not only protects us during the undertaking of this very dangerous work, but also for the homeowner if an accident or misstep would occur we are covered. We are in the start up phase of our business so there may be some tools we haven’t purchased yet. However, if we do a job for you everything will be done exactly how it has been promised in our free detailed estimate. That will be done and signed off on before work begins.

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

It’s possible, although a lot depends on the cause of damage and what steps you take. If the remaining parts of the maple tree are alive and not under attack by disease or pests, they can often be saved even if large portions of the maple tree have died. Frequent watering, careful pruning, mulch, and any recommended fungicides or insecticides can all help with survival.

It could be anywhere from weeks to years for a dead tree to fall. A dead tree falls based on its weight, how it leans, the state of its roots, the state of decay, and what local windstorms are like, among other factors. Since it’s hard to predict the fall’s timing, it’s important to cut down a dead tree quickly and avoid any unpleasant surprises.

The ideal time to prune a tree depends on the type of tree. Typically, late winter or early spring is a good time to prune but isn't always the case for "towering trees." It's best to trim when trees are dormant and before blooms appear but can vary depending on the tree type. It's always best to research the type of tree or ask a professional tree trimmer to determine when is the perfect time to prune your tree.

You need to remove all branches affected by Dutch elm disease. If your tree has several affected branches, you will probably need to remove the entire tree. First, consult a pro to be sure that you’ve correctly identified it as an elm tree. Make sure the tree is properly disposed of with a plastic covering or through debarking, chipping, or burning.

Getting a tree pro with the right experience can be the difference between your transplanted tree surviving or not. When hiring a local tree transplanting and removal service, follow up on references, check their portfolio, ask for a breakdown of the costs, and get proof of liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

Also, look for companies certified by the International Society of Arboriculture or registered with the Tree Care Industry Association and make sure they have an appropriate state or city license.
