"Andre W. was here to do my annual service plan inspection. He introduced himself to get the morning started. He cleaned up pump system area afterwards and wore shoe covers. I appreciated him showing respect for my home very much. I was very happy with his response to all of my many questions. He continued to share with me all the steps as he worked thru the check up. He was very knowledgeable and appeared before time which was great. He made a few suggestions about projects for the future around the home. I will keep in mind and appreciated the advice.
