Walter (owner) was in the difficult position of coming in and finishing up a remodel begun by another contractor who could not continue. Linares did a wonderful job and provided exceptional value. Walter was great at seeing how an original plan was maybe not the best way to go and proposing a more workable alternative. He is an excellent, dedicated craftsman. His wife, Wilma, was also on site everyday helping with details. There were many unexpected turn in this complicated job but Walter and Wilma held steady, remained flexible, overcame all obstacles, and created a beautiful, warm home space."

We contacted multiple contractors to request estimates, and selected SIC because they were extremely timely, professional, responsive and respectful of our design requirements.
