"Linares Construction proved to be a high-quality, high-integrity business. Walter (owner) was in the difficult position of coming in and finishing up a remodel begun by another contractor who could not continue. Linares did a wonderful job and provided exceptional value. Walter was great at seeing how an original plan was maybe not the best way to go and proposing a more workable alternative. He is an excellent, dedicated craftsman. His wife, Wilma, was also on site everyday helping with details. There were many unexpected turn in this complicated job but Walter and Wilma held steady, remained flexible, overcame all obstacles, and created a beautiful, warm home space."

"Mr. Chapman sent two of his contractors to help me to build two tacks and organize and store all of my personal items on the shelves in part of the basement and garage. The young men worked really hard for 7 hours non stop and they were perfect gentleman who followed instructions very well and they knew exactly what to do. If you need a handyman. I recommend them."

"This team did a wonderful job on my Deck. I had promised and my wife this add on years ago and the team at LFC made it possible to finally fulfill the promise. The Crew was efficient, timely and courteous. They cleaned up their workspace everyday when done. The LFC team suggested a few upgrades that still kept me within budget but made a world of difference for the final product. (Knotty Pine Ceiling was amazing when done) I recommend LFC for anyone's next home improvement project. David W"

"What can I say, Jose Jr. & Jose Sr., did an outstanding job on my projects. I looked at many contractors and JJCS was the only one to come out and give me a very fair price for the work needed. I will be using them for projects moving forward. They arrive on time and leave you satisfied. If anyone happens to read this review and need a quality contractor, JJCS should be your choice. Why they stand out is that they listen to what their customers want and don’t try upsell, they make recommendations when necessary. I plan on recommending them to anyone needing repair or remodeling work. Hands done a very professional company."

"Christian did an efficient and phenomenal job assembling tv console with fireplace. I am impressed just by how well it was built and how sturdy it was. it looked like a two person project but he did it independently. After assembly, he supported with taking the furniture to the room of choice and positioning of furniture. Christian arrived promptly and was very kind. Professional and prepared! Highly recommend! 5 stars"
