Deane, Tony and his entire crew were outstanding. I hired them a couple of years ago for a roof replacement which was excellent in every aspect. After just 2 years a major hail storm hit us hard and destroyed the roof, 3 windows, flashing, gutters, and 1/3 of our vinyl siding. Deane worked with me to ensure the insurance company treated us fairly and then completed all the repairs. His team communicated with us continuously, completed all the repairs quickly with exceptional quality work! I strongly recommend them and will hire them again when without hesitation.

My wife and I hired Berith Builders for a kitchen remodel and boy I tell you what we are sure glad we did! I feel like I could rave on and on about the positive experience we had with Deane, Tony, and their entire team. The entire process from quote to finishing touches was just exceptional. The level of communication was on point throughout which let me tell you is rare. We have had our fair share of iffy contractor experiences, but you won't get any of that nonsense from these guys. Deane, Tony, and the guys had a great positive attitude throughout, their workmanship was top notch, completed work to scope the way we envisioned, and to top it off they are stand up guys with integrity. I just wish we had found them earlier! I'll echo some prior thoughts from another review; we actually miss having them around and that goes to the level of their character. I would one million percent recommend to anyone out there looking for a contractor for a home improvement project. Deane, Tony keep shining guys you're awesome.

About 5 years ago, we used Berith , for the first time, to do some painting, electrical work, and repairs. They also contracted to help us replace all of our banisters. Their quote was fair and the work was impeccable then, so when we decided it was time to make some major changes, we would not consider anyone other than Berith Builders, LLC!! We started by asking them to replace our entire first floor with new hardwood, repair drywall in our dining room, and to renovate our master bathroom. Again, their quote was very reasonable. The team that Deane brought in, Elmer for tile work, Danny's Flooring, Gragan Glass, Jason, and Tony - for more than I can say, was incredible. Not only did they do what I asked, which was not typical, not cookie-cutter at all, but they always seemed excited about what I wanted to achieve. I never heard the word "No", not once, even when I "thought" I wanted a particular shade of grout, which they warned me about, but also let me try ... they were much wiser. I was so pleased with the results of the work, that I had them continue and renovate two more full baths and a half bath. Every challenge, and there were a couple, was met with a can do, we'll-figure-it-out attitude. We are so pleased with the results and have totally fallen in love with our house again. Best of all, you really get to know them. They are honest, fair, exceptionally patient, and eager to go above and beyond expectations. You couldn't possibly find a better company to trust with your project.

This was my first experience with having to work with my insurance company and a contractor to get my roof replaced and fix other minor hail and wind damages on my home. However, during my first meeting with Deane, he was very patient with me as he explained all of the findings from the insurance adjuster and the preliminary plan for his company to complete the work. More importantly, he answered all of my questions (and I had tons of them) and gave me advice that, typically, a consumer would not get from a company trying to win the next contract. In fact, after he left my home, there were no doubts in my mind about having his company complete the work. Therefore, I immediately contacted my husband and, subsequently, cancelled all of the future appointments with other companies. Lastly, while the work was being completed, Tony stayed onsite and even came back the next day to check in with us. If you are looking for a company where the people are genuine and trustworthy, please do not look any further. The costs were very reasonable. However, for me, good customer service triumphs cost all day long.

We hired Berith Builders to do a bathroom remodel in our newly purchased home. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were professional and had excellent customer service. They were prompt and finished the bathroom in one week! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends!

We recently contracted Berith Builders for a Deck replacement project. We were impressed with Deane’s expertise and professionalism during consultation for project. He incorporated our requests making sure all concerns were addressed before finalizing contract. Every phase of project was spelled out in the contract including payment schedule, detailed breakdown of work to be performed, materials and time-frame for completion. We were more impressed once the project started. The project was completed per contract . We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the premium materials used for our deck. Deane was great to work with and JT did an excellent job installing the deck. We highly recommend Berith Builders for Deck projects.

WOW! Deane and his company truly care about the work they do which means so much to us. As with any major renovation (and I mean it was a complete gut job) there will likely be a time when you will need to follow back up with your contractor to come and take a look at something or do a minor repair. We have a city house that was built brand new by NV Homes and they came back 3 months later to look at nail pops, flooring, minor things (and this is a major nationwide builder). We'll with our major renovation in Calvert County we had this happen to us and literally Deane came out the next day first thing in the morning and fixed it. Him and the guys are such good people at their core and don't make it just a business relationship. While Deane was there he also looked around at other things and said, "hey we'll come back and touch that up for you! We have never worked with a better contractor! Just really good company to work with

Berith Builders were our contractors for a renovation on a 30 year old home on the Bay. One of The reasons we decided to choose Deane and his company (after interviewing 3 other contractors) is because Deane Wolfe was not only a contractor but someone we connected with during our initial visit to fulfil our vision. Because we were not going to be living in the home we needed someone we could trust to actually work and not be slacking off while we were not there. Deane has built such a great relationship with his clients in that before my wife and I had decided to go with Deane I told him that I had remodel a couple of other places and so I knew enough about construction to be dangerous. Deane had suggested we go over to one of his clients homes that lived in our neighborhood he had finished a couple months earlier to really see his work (and wow were we impressed). They had very glowing feedback on Berith Builders and the crew. So on to our home. The house was in TOTAL DISARRAY. The outside of the home needed both the back and front deck replaced after a very shotty install, the cedar lap siding was completely damaged because of the harsh weather over the years that accompanies living on the bay (it had mold behind it). The interior needed a complete remodel. The kitchen, the hardwood floors, the three bathrooms, the two bedrooms, brand new windows and doors, support beams because we were removing walls to create an open floor plan on the main level. Electric, plumbing, a new HVAC, paint etc. (I mean a complete remodel). Deane, Tony, & JT was SO PATIENT, honest, always answered and returned our phone calls and was just always so accommodating to our always changing designs (they went out and got all permits we needed). One of the best things about Deane was that he was also very creative and meticulous in his design choices which really helped my wife create her vision. We honestly did not even need a designer because Deane, JT and Tony (who created our floating shelves) were just that good. Deane knew exactly what to get and where to get it from. Construction is NEVER EASY because there is always a delay and at times it can get frustrating, it never goes completely the way you want it to. Deane was so calming, professional (invoices were always detailed and delivered on time), hilarious at the right times and just downright fun to work with. You know you have a great relationship and the job went well with a contractor when after the work is complete you actually feel like you are going to miss having them and the guys around.

When it comes to contractors i believe that you get what you pay for. These guys had a price that was a bit higher, but they are worth every penny. If you have a question or concern, you can send Deane a message and he typically answers your question within an hour. He and his team are very trustworthy. I never had any worries about leaving them in my house alone. Oh, and if you need tile work, Tony (Deane's son) is the guy you want. I provided the tile and he made magic happen. These guys are very good at what they do. They don't cut corners, and they will make the process so smooth that you will start looking around your house for the next project you want them to work on.

Contractors were extremely professional and worked with me on all levels. Went above and beyond on the quality of building. I am ecstatic with my replacement deck. It is actually nicer than the original and would recommend this contractor to anyone! Even my neighbors are impressed!

Composite decks with vinyl rails isn't cheap, but for the money, Joell was fantastic! I'm very pleased with our finished deck. We get alot of compliments on the workmanship!
