He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

Bill ( owner) was able to get me pricing quickly and was able to schedule the work quickly ( another company told me they don't work in attics when it is excessively hot). I was going out of town on vacation and I didn't make it explicit for him to order the part.  I thought we were setup to schedule the day I returned but the part had not been ordered. 
If you use this company, make sure your intentions are clear about when they should order the part and when you want to have the work done.  Be clear and follow up.  If you do those things, you will have a smooth experience.
The work quality was great, the part works, and I saved about $500+ dollars not getting the second part and paying much more labor to install both of them from this other company.
I would use these folks again and I'll be more clear and do a better job following up next time.
