"Tim and his staff are incredible.  I called Tim to do an assessment of our situation when, during the home inspection, we were told the chimney was unsafe.  I asked Tim for a quote to do the work to make the fireplace and chimney safe and fix a rusted duct that came out of the house off the furnace.  He came out and provided a quote with only a day of notice to meet my aggressive schedule demands.  Then, once we closed on the house, we call Tim to come and do the work.  Tim's staff are all nice, professional, and work hard despite, what looked to be, incredibly difficult conditions.  A lot of soot had been left to sit in our old chimney, which now is clean and works like new.  He and his staff covered the floor to make sure and keep the house clean.  And, the guys worked quick.  Our work was done in a timely manner.  In the Wash/DC metro area, I've had a hard time finding contractors that I would call quality workers.  A&T Chimney is among the best.  If you're questioning whether or not to go with him as your service provider, I wouldn't wait any longer.  I imagine you'll be pretty happy you chose A&T.

Bill ( owner) was able to get me pricing quickly and was able to schedule the work quickly ( another company told me they don't work in attics when it is excessively hot). "On a Saturday morning, the service man originally assessed my ice maker that no longer produced ice, it was thought to be do to the motor being non-operational so another one was installed.  The repairman told me that ice should start to be produced by the next day and to call him if no ice was produced.  I noticed sometime after noon on Sunday that I had not heard the icemaker dropping any ice and called the company service.  We set up another appt. time and he returned & said that my motor was not  the problem, but the sensors that tell the motor to produce ice.  He installed new sensors and refunded me the difference in cost from the motor. It was been working fine since then & now I have more ice than I know what to do with.
