Handy1 provided an excellent workmanship and customer services for installing Gas Tankless Water Heater at our house. Their price was very competitive and the proposed Tankless product was superior to others in the market. The owner, Mel Hall, is a great person to have a business with; he is always reachable on the phone, most of the time on the first ring, very focus on customer satisfactions. We are extremely happy with the work and the water heater. Highly recommend Handy1.

Mel Hall is great to deal with. Their price was very competitive and customer service first-rate. We had an initial problem with our water heater operating sporadically due to low gas flow in our house. Mel came out twice in the first week to help us figure out the problem, then got on the line with Washington Gas to make sure they had done everything possible to solve the problem. That's how you do customer service. Problem solved.

These guys came out, were friendly,spoke the most knowledgeably about Tankless (I had 4 other companies come out too). And their price was very reasonable compared to all other estimates. The owner personally discussed additional options, and then personally followed up after the work was done. He clearly knows what customer service is! I would recommend Handy1 every time.

Mel Hall is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this company Our job included installing the gas tankless water heater as well as a sink in the shop area.

I was quoted a price for tank less water heater installation, but when I asked about getting the required county inspection an additional $50 was tacked onto the price. I paid the extra money for the inspection. Nobody followed up with me for the inspection. I contacted the company multiple times with no response. Also, they left an open hole in my sump pump area that was previously sealed off for radon mitigation. They said they would come back to fix it but never did.
