"I highly recommend CLM Home Improvements. We had them tear out an old rotting fence, haul it away and build us a new fence surrounding the entire yard. We had a problem with erosion as one side of our ground is 1-2 feet higher than the neighbors. Carlos recommended a retaining wall which is already working perfectly. Not knowing what kind of fence we wanted, he sent us photos with an awesome recommendation. They arrived on time, had the old fence gone in less than an hour and build the entire new fence in a day. It was fascinating to watch the CLM crew work. Everyone laughs a lot and knows exactly what to do and when. They work fast, hard and efficiently. They ensured everything was cleaned up nicely when done. They are also some of the most delightful people I've ever met. We then decided to have them come back and stain the fence a few weeks later. We gave Carlos some vague ideas of stain colors and left the decision to him. The fence looks gorgeous! When done, I was unsure about one spot on the gate. When I mentioned it, one crew member brought over a brush and stain, and began to tweak that spot. I turned around and suddenly the entire crew was back, walking the fence and checking for touch ups similar to the spot I noticed. (Yes, my jaw hit the grassy floor.) They didn't find much to touch up. They really care about the customer's satisfaction. The price was mid-range from 3 companies estimates, making CLM an excellent price choice. You will definitely feel comfortable choosing CLM Home Improvements. I will definitely call them again for my future project needs."

"I normally NEVER post reviews. However, these folks did such an amazing job, I'm making an exception.We had AAF quote and install a 100' long stretch of fencing. I chose them because their price was the best, but because of that I was a bit nervous that perhaps the quality would be subpar. Definitely NOT the case. They did an amazing job. As I mentioned to Nino when he contacted me after the job to see how it went, I said "They did a job way better than I ever expected!". Not only were they on time, clean and courteous, but they took great pains to get the fence line straight and match the old (existing) fencing. Best of all, they redid our gate so that it is now more secure and with a nice curve cut on the top of the gate - something the foreman suggested. It looks great. I highly recommend AAF! So I didnt get that repair work done. I would have expected a written report of the state of the chimney though. I will have to call them up for that. Overall, satisfied.

"The cleaners did a good job...however, they broke the little button on one shade in the sun room that I hadn't noticed. I wasn't unhappy with the service but one of the workmen, broke a bottom stair. When I questioned Santos, he said one of the men hit the stair with his bucket and to call Mel and he'd have it fixed. I called the next day and was told to send them a picture which I did. Mel called me the next day and said I was lucky his man didn't hurt himself and something about a 5 inch over stair as opposed to a 3 in over hang. Told him the stairs had been in place for 10 years and I'd never had a problem and how did he know about any over hang...which by the way was not true. He kept arguing with me and said he wouldn't pay to fix the stair. Told him I was going to complain to Angie and he said go ahead....His workman admitted he broke the stair and I don't think it would have cost a lot to repair it and under his terms and conditions, it states that Mel is responsible for damages caused by our employees if notified within 2 days..The work was good but Mel was horrible. I bought a lot of things from Angie's list and this is the first and I hope last complaint. I understand that if I'm not completely happy, Angie will make it right. I'll be waiting,"
