"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable and clearly not trustworthy. My experience currently has been a complete waste of time, money and emotional energy. Dr. CLARICE BROWN "

He came to power wash my cement apron in front of my garage, front steps, sidewalk and platform the very next business day. He did such a great job I had him do my entire house, side and back siding, bricked front, garage doors, cinder blocks, back porch and driveway. If I could give him a rating of 1000 I would. No doubt I would recommend him to my entire neighborhood. That’s just what I am going to do. I got several of his business cards to give my neighbors, friends and family. Please hire him you want be disappointed."
