The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. The crew was polite, professional, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each work day. I highly recommend this company and would use them again."

He gave a detailed account to Katherine, the Designer. Her design gave me everything I needed- plenty of storage in the kitchen. My budget was small, but they stayed on budget and provided quality and stylish materials-kitchen cabinets, backsplash, countertops, sink & flooring. Bathroom tub, tile surround, flooring and accessories. Grober, Johnny and the tile guy are master craftsmen. They did an excellent job, meeting every repair challenge and putting up with me. I am very happy with this company. Hope to work with them again."

"I wasn't expecting an emaculate job, basically a wipe down of furniture and floors. The kitchen and 3 bathrooms none being large were wiped down but that was it. The vacuum did not even appear to be run as there were large pieces of trash still on the floor. I could have written my name in the dust on the furniture. I've cleaned my house a lot and I know with absolute certainty it doesn't take 6 hours to clean the kitchen and 3 small bathrooms. Even if an hour was spent in each room that still leaves 2 hours. I did like the owner, Paula she was friendly and nice but I cannot recommend her business because the service provided was not very good.

His brother Lambros brought their team the next week, and quickly went to work transforming the entire interior of the house. They stripped the wallpaper, painted every surface which had originally been painted, fixed small wall problems, and made it look Brand New. And, as luck would have it, and unusual warm period in February occurred. They were able to squeeze in the exterior painting of the whole house except for the brick during those two warm days. The Polyzos' attention to detail was impeccable. It gave the house a complete makeover from top to bottom. Polyzos Painters also only use Sherwin Williams paints, so you'll get the best quality!
