It took six weeks before Greg could start my project. It wasn't totally his fault because it was rainy this spring. He did a nice job on the fascia and from the outside, the fence looks  great. It is nice and solid, and I get compliments from my neighbors. The downside is their is poor workmanship on the backside of the fence, which is what I look at. The nails used were too long for the application and as a result, stuck out on the back side of the fence. Instead of removing the nails and replacing them with shorter nails, he hammered down the tips into the wood, creating an unsightly mess. Some nails were left sticking out straight and a neighbor's hand got poked. I wish I could upload a few photos to illustrate. I contacted Greg to tell him I wasn't happy and have not heard back from him. In short, my review is mixed - he did a 90% good job. :(

Fixall had just completed some other work for us when I called to ask if he repaired roofs. The answer was YES, we do just about everything. Greg came over and got the sample of one that had fallen off, did research on it to find that it had been discontinued and found a better quality substitute to patch the roof with. He's in the process of completing it but I'm always happy with the quality of his work and his good nature and professionalism!

Very nice, easy to work with, flexible, good quality, good value. Would highly recommend this company.  Great people from the owner and his wife to all his employees.

The seem to be able to do anything. Mr. Gagnon is very professional and friendly. They were able to handle all the different repairs/improvements I requested. They told me they would contact me soon; they did and set up a date. He was there on time and completed the work in one day. I had a list of a few more things; they completed that list the following day.  Highly recommend.

Great!  Very friendly, very professional.  I have a few other odd jobs that I don't trust myself with and won't hesitate to call them in the future.

I cannot say enough about how good they are to work with. We had a lot of things to get done, so this work was done over a period of time, and everything came out nicely.  They are very professional and courteous also.

The work went well but it took some coordination to get them their in a timely matter. Very nice folks but slow to reponse due to being such a small business.

My wife thought that the price was a little high. So far, it’s been good. One day they did not show up because the guy’s back was killing him. They’re friendly, nice, and doing a clean work so far. There were drips on my floor a couple of times but they solved the problems and there’s no problem now. They aremeticulous about what they’re doing, they’re just taking their time doing it.

The work was done in a timely fashion and we are pleased with the quality of the work that we received.  Both sheds look like brand new structures after Greg and Gino completed the work.  They were courteous and very professional when doing the work that we had contracted them to do.

Fixall completed taking down the wallpaper and painting one room without an issue, the second room there was a problem. After working on it for a day, they contacted us and stated it would cost an additional $150 because the wall paper was harder to take down then they thought. While we disagreed, we paid the additional price.  Then they decided they needed to take down a shelf I had told them to leave up.  They ripped it out of the wall instead of cutting the bolts that held the shelf up. This left a large hole in the wall. After discusion  FIXALL agreed to replace the shelf at no charge. The rooms were painted  within 5 days and they told us only needed the new shelf installed/painted and some final touch up. I then realized they had never painted the window in the one room- an honest mistake as the new and old color were very similar.  I sent an email outlining that and the other touch-up needed, as he requested. .They didn't come back for 6 weeks.  We called, texted and sent emails asking when they were coming back to finish.  There was little or no respond.  I would call one week and then a week would pass and they would return the call and tell us to leave the door unlocked and they would be there the next day.  They never showed up.  This happened three times that they called and asked us to leave the house  unlocked for them to come in and then they never showed up. Finally after 6 weeks they came in and did some of the touch up paint but not all of it. 2 weeks later he returned and added the new shelf, but still did not paint the window  We called the following day asking when they were coming back and they claimed they were done.  We explained that around the window wasn't done (two different paint colors) and they said this was the first they had heard about it and that the windows were completed  over a month ago.  I reminded him that all the details were sent to them via email over a month ago. He stated that he checked the email and confirmed he missed it. I talked to him and was going to come in and finish it and then once again never showed up.  He has now told us he is not returning nd the window remains unpainted, leaving me to go out and try to match the paint and do it myself.
The prefab shed was delivered and sat on front grass for a week, I called, emailed  and texted Fixall many times about the shed  without a response- he would give no indication of when he hoped to do the install..  Finally they came in and in one day setup the new shed. Two days later and they called and stated they had some touch up paint to do on the shed and that they couldn't install the ramp because the shed  was too high.  They stated there would be an additional charge for them to add a different ramp or steps to the shed, despite the fact that he saw the site and discussed it before giving us the original price.  So now we have paid several hundred dollars for a ramp we cannot use, and he is charging us for another one. . He claimed he would get back to me with a price, once again he never gave a price nor did he return for the touchup paint for the shed or  to install the ramp or steps. We hired and paid another contractor to add the steps to the shed, the  work was completed in 3 hours. The shed cost $1600 and FIXALL was paid $2600, the additional $1000 was for them to move it into the back yard and nail it together. The $1000 should have cover leveling the ground before the install or building a ramp/steps to work with the shed.
And finally, FIXALL was over paid for the job.  We were planning to have them complete additional small work around the house.
My experience with the painting and the shed convinced me to not add on more jobs.  I asked them for the money that I overpaid them and they told me to take them to court, the money amount is small but the response to just another example of the lack of professionalism that we experienced.
The bottom line is we hired them for two fairly large jobs, they didn't finish either of them.  We paid extra $150 to them for one job because they misjudged how hard the wallpaper was to take down. We had to hire and pay another contactor $100  to add steps to the new shed. We couldn't rate the quality of the service because it was never finished.

He was very nice and helpful. Our lights look great.

Professional, Professional, Professional. From the very first we knew this young man was the one for the job and we were not disappointed. Our handicapped son and his family were coming for a visit and in order for them to stay in our home meant modifying the bathroom and shower. We had about two weeks to get this done . We explained the situation to Greg and he went above and beyond to make it happen. Working with our deadline and his own obligations he brought it all together.. He and his employees were professional , courteous, and skilled..We were fortunate to meet his wife when he personally dropped off the estimate. Very nice couple.I will use Fix All Plus again and highly recommend them to others.

An estimated was performed one day, and we were able to schdule the work a few weeks later, during the hectic holiday period. The work was done in one day.

Prior to contacting Fixall via e-mail, I had spoken with several contractors who said they would come out and give me an estimate for the replacement of the sidings.  Fixall was out within days, sent me an estimate and work contract via mail.  After I paid the deposit, my siding was fixed.
I never met anyone in person, which was okay.  Fixall was true to their word, cost was reasonable, and work was excellent.  I plan on using Fixall for several projects (inside and outside) in the near future.

I was shocked! After washing, the vinyl was white and in pretty good shape!  Greg and his crew used warmed water and cleanser, and varied the pressure to accommodate an old house with wood siding under the vinyl.    I was surprised how well it turned out, even the south side without mold looked good. The biggest surprise was the shutters - the paint had apparently oxidized, and when washed they went from gray to blue.
They were careful with my old leaded windows.
Good job, good equipment, nice crew.  They used a special cleaner for metal soffit, and were really able to accomplish quite a bit.  Next time I won't wait so long.

They were excellent to work with.  Greg and Jimmy were both very professional and courteous.  The job was not tough, so they were done quickly, and afterwards I talked to them about some future projects.  I would definitely recommend them and plan to use their services again.

I hired Fixall to renovate my 2400 square foot rambler in preparation for putting the home up for sale. I can sum up Fixall's work best with this fact. Fixall completed their work on  Thursday afternoon, a for sale sign wnt up Friday afternoon, we had our first showing on Monday and we had a contract Tuesday. The first people that viewed the home bought it at our full asking price. In today's real estate market that is remarkable and was directly attrutable to the quality of Fixall's work. This is my second experience with Greg Gagnon and he stands behind his work. He is professional, patient and will not leave a job until the customer is completely satisfied.
I recommend this company without reservation.

Overall this company did a very good job. They charge fairly and work was really sound. I will be using them in the future.

I was very impressed with this company. I could tell that they cared about the quality of their work.  I found Greg and Jeany  to be very professional and honest. I ended up paying less than a quote I received from a larger company. I will definitely be hiring them for future jobs.

He is a good man and I suggest that others give him a try. I will use him again in the future.

The quality of work is excellent as well as the professionalism.  Scheduling issues were worked out.  The work was performed as agreed upon in the contract and Fixall kept us in the loop for various work specific details that arose that needed our input.

The price was competitive and we plan on using Fixall again in the future.

I have to say that out of 8 contractors these guys were the best in responsiveness and price.  They know what they are talking about and are very personable.  They are doing my bathrooms in a week so I will add another reply with pics to show you how good they are.  They are a small company but thats great..I rather pay a small company then a big corparate company that uses shotty tile Like Home depot and Loews.. don't get Tile there, they will send you to the right place for tile and you will be able to  tell why.. 
Fixall will be doing my deck and patio next, but I have to save for that..lol  Also they will let you go and buy you own items for them to install instead of other companies telling you that you can't, you have to use theirs.
