"Robert arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional.  We have alot of LF of gutters and 12/12 pitch roofs and dormers.  He did the work quickly and cleanly, bagging all of the debris.  Normally, when I do it, the ground looks like a hurricane had been through but with K&R, I couldn't even tell the gutters had been cleaned.  Beautiful!

"Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? "I had a few preliminary discussions with David over the phone to go over the plan. The Antenna install was a given but as we talked, they provided quite a few other services I was looking into. He was very comprehensive and thorough along with had a very good turnaround for install scheduling.
As we talked, I decided to see if we can swing the ethernet run and wall mount on the same day as the antenna install. We agreed to do what we could given the time and give it a shot.
The techs arrived on-time within the window provided and as he surveyed he decided a 3rd tech would work well to get more done which turned out to be true.
The work spanned from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM and throughout the process provided updates and accepted input/questions.
They were all very detail oriented and did everything they could to do a clean and well designed install and took great care to ensure everything met the requirements I had set.
As for the antenna, it's on the roof and we're getting over 60 channels in HD with great signal in multiple rooms of the house. Couldn't be happier. The TV mount (over fireplace) turned out perfect, and the ethernet is great.
Would use them again for other complex jobs around the house in a heartbeat.

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer.
