"Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.

They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. "Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? "I contacted Metropolitan chimney when we discovered water dripping inside our fireplace.  Oscar was very professional on the phone and arranged to come out to look that afternoon.  He arrived promptly and assessed our chimney.  After 25 years, the concrete crown needed to be replaced.  He also sealed several areas and replaced mortar joints that were cracked/damaged.  After all repairs were completed he applied waterproofing to the entire outside chimney.  After the next rain, we did still have a minor drip.  I called and spoke with Oscar and he was out to our home within 3 hours.  He inspected every brick of the chimney again and repaired a few more possible problem areas.  He did not charge any additional fee for this return trip.  We have had absolutely no problems since the repair and are VERY happy with Metropolitan Chimney and Oscar.  I would really recommend them for anyone that needs chimney or masonry services.

We were initially a bit surprised by the price quote, but we wanted to go with a high-quality window and window well.  Also, the quality of the work performed by Travis Graham and his crew member was outstanding. In cold, wet December weather they excavated 6 feet down to the foundation footer and cut through the foundation to install our vinyl egress window and MarFlex window well.  Travis Graham always came to our house with a smile and a good attitude.  Right after we signed the contract, Travis went to his normal vendor and discovered that they no longer kept the window well we wanted in stock.  He found out that the window well had to be ordered and  the price would be higher than what was originally quoted. Instead of raising our price, Travis honored the contract by absorbing the extra cost.  Graham Restoration also went the extra mile and not only filled in the hole they dug, but also grated and seeded the dirt.

As an aside, we found out that Graham Restoration hangs Christmas lights for a small fee.  We had them outline the front of our house with lights we had bought, and they also took them down for us.  I think we had one of the best looking houses on the block.

"I purchased an AL coupon. Service was scheduled promptly. On the agreed day the installer called and asked to come early which was fine. He arrived at the newly agreed time and In only 2-3 bourse was able to install two wall mounts and TVs and hookup the various input sources and in one case run power and video cables through the walls for a clean appearance. "The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."
