"Edwin reassured me that he was up for the job. He and his guys worked tirelessly from a Friday to Monday morning, completely tearing down and rebuilding my ceiling. It was done impeccably and passed inspection and the house sold. Edwin kept me in the loop every step of the way, was punctual and professional. He really helped me in a bind and the price was competitive. I have since used him and his company for multiple projects to include room and shelves painting, removal of built-ins (after which he reconstructed trim where the built-ins had been to match the rest of the room perfectly), garage door and trim painting and hiding wires for nanny cameras and reconstructing/painting drywall. I have never been disappointed. I give him my strongest recommendation. He is highly skilled and worthy of your time."

"This review is a bit overdue. Had new doors and windows installed in early 2021. I had a very good experience with this company and with Mr. Edward Dunn. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and also patient as he worked with me while I tried to decide among the various options for doors and windows. I felt he offered me very fair and reasonable prices compared to some other quotes I received. Am especially grateful for him even considering my business since my order was quite small, and I have been finding that, esp. during COVID times, many companies won't consider the 'smaller jobs.' There were a few problems during installation (one wrong window size, flaw in a door screen), but Mr. Dunn promptly addressed these and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I absolutely love my new windows and doors. Oh and the installers were fantastic. Really nice guys. Did outstanding, beautiful work and didn't leave a mess. I am all around very, very happy I chose this company."

"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"I sent my initial inquiry e-mail at 6:24AM, and Carlos wrote back at 6:52AM asking if he could come by that morning between 8 and 9AM. After having three other companies quote it, I selected Water Damage DMV based both on the cost of the estimate, his promptness and communication, and the clarity in answering questions I had. When Carlos arrived to do the work, he went right to it. He worked quickly and kept me informed about what he was finding and how it was going. When he was done with that, he put in humidifiers at first. The next day, he came with help to apply the mold-prevention treatment before adding fans to aid in drying. He checked in daily either in person or by text until it was time to remove them, at which point he came and did so. I was very happy to work with Carlos and Water Damage DMV. Our realtor immediately recommended that we reach out to Paul at RTS because so many clients raved about him and his company in the past. Despite the fact that he was out of town, he offered to immediately review photos in order to provide an initial assessment. Paul later came to my home and was extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and caring. He did a terrific job assessing a potential leak in our bathroom and then cleaned and treated the area. Paul then very speedily wrote a clear and detailed report with next steps and helpful recommendations on preventing mold from growing in the damp area. He had multiple conversations with us and our builder and even followed up to confirm that our builder was taking the necessary remedial measures.
