"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home. I truly feel like we got an extreme value in terms of the service we received for the price. Since our house was a new build, we had a number of cracks and nail pops associated with the home settling. Also, entire house to include walls ceiling and trim was a blah beige. Needless to say, FDC had their work cut out for them. Luis and his team skimmed and sanded all these areas and repaired the drywall making the necessary repairs as part of their prep work. Once painting had begun, he provided a daily up date on the project and sent pictures. We meet on numerous occasions to go over things and I was blown away by he and his crews attention to detail. He not only meet the deadline but was able to get the whole house done a day early. He and his team treated our home like it was their own. Not a single corner was cut and he went above and beyond to make the house perfect. "This is the third time I hired Shalom Home Solution for a painting job----I just used their service a few days a go to pain the house I was moving into. I hired them to paint the house I was putting on the market for sale. This is a singe family house with about 2750 sqft of living space. The painting includes all interior drywall surface, window and door frames and baseboards. Again, the crew did a very good job in painting the interior and making minor drywall repairs along the way. Window treatment were taken down and put back without problem. The house was cleaned up afterwards. When I pointed out a few areas where the painters missed, Amilcar personally finished them himself. The job was completed on time."

"We had a horrendous situation with a basement floor installation that went wrong leaving our house full of fumes, and a week later we discovered our basement was contaminated by asbestos in the process.  When we called Bill and Contractors Unlimited, they were extremely responsive.  Although other companies gave us bids, Bill was able to work his schedule to fit us in weeks sooner than the others.  Although the cost was a bit more, that saved us money because we were displaced and could not even go into our house because of the fumes.  CU set up negative air machines to replace the air, they followed asbestos abatement laws, they cleaned every item that could be salvaged in our house.  They even saved more than we thought which really reduced our overall expense.  Bill and his team were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to ease our stress from this situation.  At the end of their process, Bill arranged for a air quality inspection which we happily passed - able to return home.  I would gladly recommend Contractors Unlimited for asbestos abatement.  I just wish we had called them before the floor guys  created such a disaster.  Thank you Bill!

"It went well. Mario came out promptly to access the damage to my basement and gave me an estimate that was within my budget. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. The guys Antonio and Daniel repaired drywall, baseboards, shoe molding and replaced the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. They also painted two large walls. The guys did an excellent job matching the stain on the shoe molding. And I just love the bathroom floor...what a great job. The job was scheduled to be finished in one day but they had a problem finding the shoe molding that matched. They were back the day and all is well. What a great job guys. I will definitely use their services again."

"Jorge Lazo and his crew came in and painted 5 bedrooms, our master bathroom plus a large closet, ALL IN ONE DAY. They were punctual, in fact they were a little early, which is always very nice.  They were professional and very tidy. Jorge and his team did a great job in our home and I will definitely use them again when we paint the outside of our house. If you are looking for a painter who is reasonably priced, professional, punctual and very good at what he does, then I highly recommend Jorge Lazo.

"CRG was great! We originally hired Cornelio & crew to redo our master bathroom, as their quote was extremely reasonable. When they removed the drywall in the bathroom, they found a great deal of water damage and structural problems. Cornelio walked us through the issues, and then gave us another reasonable quote to repair the problems. He initially quoted three weeks to finish the bathroom, which ended up being five and a half weeks due to the structural issues. The crew started on time every day and finished on time every day. All of the workers were very courteous and everyone did a great job of answering all of my questions. Cornelio was on site every morning and walked us through what was going to happen that day. When we had minor issues, they were fixed immediately, and when we had a few add-ons, Cornelio gave us a prompt (reasonable) quote and incorporated the changes into the contract. Ultimately, we now have a structurally sound house, and a beautiful new bathroom."
