Customer service was great, however, I was not 100% happy with the experience with The Electrician. The craftsmanship was not there, work was was completed however he left me with busted up drywall that will cost me more money to have it repaired.

Make sure if you add on to an existing job after agreed upon, that you are given a set price, not, â will have to see once I see whatâ s needed, etcâ . Pretty sure I was overcharged for a simple straightforward additional job. I have used Home Advisor now many times over the past years, and I think this will be the last. I would not recommend not one professional I have hired on this website.

Received a callback from Sarah regarding my needs. Sarah was extremely helpful by having an electrician contact me in a timely manner to discuss my situation. Received a callback from Eric who agreed to visit my home the next day. Eric was very professional and quickly identified my power issue as being outside the home. Eric provided invaluable information which I relayed to Pepco so the power issue could be resolved the same day. The wife and I very much appreciate the quick response we received as well as the outstanding customer service provided by Sarah and Eric!

The worker was on time and completed the project in a timely manner. However, he could not find my warranty and had to write that I have a 2 year warranty on the paid bill.

The technician arrived at my home at 9AM sharp on Friday, 6 April 2018 and installed my attic fan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation only took a couple of hours to complete and he explained the thermostat temperature setting of the fan and my warranty. He also installed my new ceiling fan in my bedroom.

They came out the same day and reviewed the electrical issue and came the next afternoon to complete the work needed. Very professional and fast service!

RaLo was great - on time, did a great job and cleaned up when finished. The owner actually did the job and he was a great guy - I plan on having them do some other minor electrical work later this year.

Good experience from first request made to saying goodbye. Received call back right away, discussed options and pricing, made the appointment, checked out the issue, fixed the issue, showed me the work, paid the bill, done! The only negative, arrived a bit later than i was told (not by much) - a follow up call in the morning letting me know that he is on his way would have been ideal, and some dirt was left behind, but no big deal as i had to clean up anyway that day. Overall, i will call them again for electrical needs.
