"Mark Group was great to work with, very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We really got the sense that they were experts, and felt the most comfortable with their proposal and recommendations. Our 1950 ranch-style home developed significant mold in the attic, requiring a new roof/ventilation, mold removal and, as a final step, new insulation. Mark Group was very helpful in advising us about potential considerations with roof replacement in addition to the energy/insulation component they were focused on. "The work that Metro Insulation, LLC did was well done. The contractor was very kind. I was a new member of Angie's List at that time. I didn't really understand so much what the big deal was. It wasn't a very large break in the price, but it wasn't a tremendous amount of money so I was glad we did this. I would recommend the company. The insulation they installed did end up making our house warmer. The price was considerably more than what I expected it to be, but I really wanted to get this done so I didn't comparison shop. I would shop around more before making a decision whether I would use them again."

"Main scheduler was efficient. Others, not so much. Roof leaked again after initial repair, with interior drywall damage, but different cause. Follow up work was free of charge, no offer to cover drywall damage (would have been a nice jester, considering the potential wasn't caught during the initial estimate). Sales manager himself came out to do the second repair, but the company took awhile to reschedule him. Had to call back to follow up on job completion. Still waiting to see how effective repair was."
