"I just had a deep cleaning performed by Matt, Jay, Julius and all I can say is wow! Those guys worked very hard and diligent to ensure my system was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. He was able to remove stains that other carpet cleaning companies told me were permanent. When I first contacted MCC Services, Rich asked me a ton of questions about what I needed to have cleaned, the type of fabric of my items and what the stains consisted of. I thought at the time, what have I gotten myself into? But that just shows the level of care and pride he takes in his work. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning.
