"I just had a deep cleaning performed by Matt, Jay, Julius and all I can say is wow! Those guys worked very hard and diligent to ensure my system was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. These guys are awesome and I will definitely be using them for sanitation and maintenance cleaning going forward. Great customer service and job more than well done. Highly recommended."

The cleaning staff of two came prepared with everything needed, except I provided them with a foot stool to reach higher places safely. The cleaning team completed their work within the estimated time, which made it easy to schedule working from home around their cleaning. The only thing I wish they had was a credit card receiving device to pay for their services. They take Venmo, which I do not have, but I paid by check without issue. I’ve never seen my house so clean before. Flor pays attention to every detail. So many other cleaning services wipe vacuum and run, but not Flor. She scrubbed everything that needed to be scrubbed. She washed the floors and yes, I mean washed. The floors need to be washed and not wiped. My house is clean from top to bottom. They did not miss a thing. Flor and her crew even wore shoe covers so that they did not walk on the carpets and all over the house with wet street shoes. A couple of days later they called me to inform me that I had black mold in my vents and came to remediate it quickly. They spoke to me about everything that was about to occur which put me at ease. "We requested a deep clean and received a good, though typical, clean. We do not fault the actual cleaners rather difference in opinion as to what a deep clean is. When we say deep clean, we mean cleaning things that are not normally cleaned in a routine cleaning like vents and baseboard and window ledges. "This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."
