"Flor and her crew did an outstanding job cleaning my house. I have used many cleaning services before and not one of them came close to Flor’s professionalism and hard work. I’ve never seen my house so clean before. Flor pays attention to every detail. So many other cleaning services wipe vacuum and run, but not Flor. She scrubbed everything that needed to be scrubbed. She washed the floors and yes, I mean washed. The floors need to be washed and not wiped. My house is clean from top to bottom. They did not miss a thing. Flor and her crew even wore shoe covers so that they did not walk on the carpets and all over the house with wet street shoes. I am thrilled to have met Flor and I am excited about continuing to use her services. Her prices are reasonable and competitive. Give her company a try, you will not regret it!"

"From beginning to end, Vania's Extra Green Cleaning Service exceeded my expectations in every category possible in their job function. I could not have obtained this level of detail by myself. Vania's services was extremely quick to reply to my cost estimate and initial inquiry emails within an hour max. She was clear and direct with costs and accommodating the detail of cleaning I desired. She was also able to meet my scheduling needs of less than a week from initially reaching out. The cleaning staff of two came prepared with everything needed, except I provided them with a foot stool to reach higher places safely. The cleaning team completed their work within the estimated time, which made it easy to schedule working from home around their cleaning. The only thing I wish they had was a credit card receiving device to pay for their services. They take Venmo, which I do not have, but I paid by check without issue. I am definitely contemplating using them for either monthly or seasonal cleaning."

"They are the best cleaners I have ever seen. I am 80 years old and I used to clean houses myself after I retired from the florist industry for 40 years. I cleaned 2 secret service agents homes for 4 years. I also cleaned 4 other homes. I earned about 15 hundred per month."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Walking on the roof to clean gutters is unsafe and not recommended due to significant safety risks. It is especially dangerous on steep or slippery roofs, or if the roof is wet or covered in leaves, which increases the chance of a fall. In addition to personal injury, walking on the roof can damage shingles, potentially leading to water leaks. Instead of walking on the roof, use a sturdy ladder positioned on a stable surface to access the gutters. Be aware that using a ladder also carries risks, as it can be difficult to maintain balance while performing the work. You can also use ground-based cleaning tools. For safety reasons and to prevent damage to your roof, hiring a professional to clean your gutters is the best and safest option.

The best time of year for roof cleaning depends on your local climate, but generally, late spring, summer, or early autumn are ideal. Plan to clean your roof on a day with dry weather and moderate temperatures.

Late spring and early summer are excellent for cleaning off grime accumulated after a snowy winter or wet spring. Summer often provides the necessary dry conditions, though in very hot climates, late spring may be more comfortable. Alternatively, cleaning in late autumn can clear away debris like leaves and branches before winter.

Avoid cleaning your roof when it is cold enough for water to freeze, as this can cause dangerous ice buildup.

You can rinse your solar panels in some cases. For example, periodically rinsing your solar panels can remove light debris if you live in an agricultural or dusty area. Light dust and dirt won’t affect efficiency much, but they can build up and mix with other debris like animal droppings, leaves, and small sticks.

A professional roof cleaning lasts about a year on average, so it’s best to do it annually. This schedule helps catch any roof problems before they become extensive and helps prevent mold, moss, and algae from forming. If you live near the coast, annual roof cleaning will help prevent salt buildup on your roof. You can add professional roof cleaning to your yearly home maintenance checklist to ensure you never miss a year.

You should clean your panels at least twice a year. It depends on your location. In dusty climates (think the Arizona desert), you may need to clean your panels more frequently. Dust can dramatically impact the electrical output. If you live in a climate with extreme weather, you may want to check your panels seasonally.
