"This was an excellent experience with a very professional cleaning crew. I'm afraid I do not remember the name of the 2 gentlemen who did the work, I was caught up in moving frenzy and did not stop to write this review immediately after the work was completed. The level of clean they were able to achieve was truly amazing, and over the next couple months leading up to settlement, the stains did not resurface as so often happens. Within a couple hours they transformed the appearance of the wall to wall carpet in our home, erasing stains that previous big name carpet cleaners were not able to budge. These men were courteous and professional, no up selling additional treatments or services, as had happened with previous companies. "Purchased the Angie's deal coupon for $250 for full HVAC cleaning and all vents and returns.  During cleaning they found some black mold and recommended deep cleaning for additional $250.  They showed us pics of where the mold and other dirty stuff was and we decided to have them clean it since I doubt duct cleaning was ever performed for this house.  We were satisfied with the result.  The cleaner was prompt and explained everything in detail.  We were satisfied with the service.

"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."
