They helped inspect our roof after a hail storm, which only needed minor repairs. They helped us when our heat pump was on the fritz and offered a substantial rebate on a replacement heat pump. "My house is a little wacky and the proposal was to include all of the crawl space and ceiling surface area. Sadly there was no way to know that a portion of both were inaccessible to insulate. Was hoping to fix issues with freezing pipes by insulating but that is the part they could not access. The scheduling and some staff on the phone is a little dry on the phone. The crew who came to do the job worked their butt off and were super nice. CJ, who drew our proposal, was very nice and knowledgeable. He warned me that his estimation might be a little off but the estimation of the Pepco energy saving percentage back ended up being way off after the energy audit. That made the job much more costly than predicted and I had not planned for that. He was willing to adjust the bill slightly but not significantly enough to really make a difference. Overall, it is going to make a huge difference in the comfort in the house and the crew was very professional."
