The customer service was great, and the knowledge an experience. They just need to do a better job with the drywall, although I knew it would be unfinished I had to have one wall replaced.

Work was done, just afterward followup request wasn't acceptable needed a price breakdown as one area was newly purchased wood and needed to address with that company.. I feel that items placed out of way could've been neater where it was moved too.

Marcus was superb on communication, he didn't charge for doing the estimate when others charge over $100, his quote was very reasonable and he was able to schedule our project for just 2 days later, which was a big selling point because we wanted the mold out of our house ASAP. We hired Marcus for a very large job, as we had inherited a house that had been neglected for years and clearly had mold issues. Marcus was able to provide an immediate estimate and was very generous about anything that needed to be added on. Everything was handled professionally and on time. While the mold remediation was done superbly (rated 5), the replacement of the dry wall was rather poorly done (rated 3). Clearly drywall is not the company's forte, but overall it was a job done on schedule and without issue.

Marcus was able to provide an estimate the same day and complete work soon after. The work done by the crew was completed on time and as specified. Due to our ongoing water problems in the basement, Marcus was flexible with leaving the walls open and coming back at a later time to rehang drywall once we were able to have another provider install French drains.

Marcus was punctual and knowledgeable . He let me know what to expect prior to doing the mold remediation. He was very careful to clean the area when he was finished. He offered a two year warranty with his work and the cost was reasonable.

We had mold in our crawl space, and Marcus and his crew did a wonderful removal of all mold, replaced all insulation, and replaced vapor barrier and everything else that we needed, all in 1 1/2 days. Great clean up. The price was better than we had expected. We are very happy with the job and would recommend Marcus and his company.

Initially I was very happy with the quote and communication from Marcus. He was very pleasant, professional, and his bid came in way under other places we where referred to. This was a cost we would be paying for out of pocket, I appreciated the value for the money. There was no charge for a estimate and he worked with our schedule. Once our funds where available, we scheduled a date. We were informed that we'd have to be out of the house for a few days, but Marcus and his team completed the work in one day, verses the 3 days he said it would. The work looked good from what I could tell. Only three things were outstanding which was the final payment, returning our house key, and removal of some debris. So this is what I didn't like. As mentioned the initial timeline was three days and I'd given the upfront deposit in cash, as requested. I am not a cash person and I wasn't planning to return to the bank until it was completed. I'd taken off work (my choice) to allow Marcus and his team access to the house. The next day I couldn't get to the bank in time as it's a local credit union and on the other side of town. I keep Marcus informed that I would go to bank Wed (the day the work would have actually been completed. I could tell he thought I was giving him the run around and offered to give him a check or my credit card information. That was always a option. He wanted cash. I have to say I was disappointed in his attitude because up that point he was very helpful and courteous. I don't playing around with people money so I was surprised. I again attempted to go to the bank's afterhours but was advised they were closed and the daily limit to withdrawl was $700. I owed more than that. I didn't take all the money out because I don't like to keep cash around me and I was going to be in a house all by myself and it just wouldn't be a smart idea. So we settled that we'd go with him debiting my card. I was again surprised that I would have to pay a $65 processing fee!!!! There are free cash sharing apps out there so what was the fee for? Although I didn't think (and still don't) think it was fair, I wanted to the situation done. So I paid the fee but it wasn't right. I was never informed of any fee in any previous communication. So thus my rating . . . if you only want cash, so that up front. Oh and the chair is still in my backyard and I don't have my key back. But I would still recommend him but with a disclaimer.

Marcus was super responsive, thorough with explanations, and his attention to detail was reassuring. The crew did an excellent job in less time than anticipated and completed a detailed walk through upon completion. I'm very pleased!

Very personable and worked very fast.

Marcus was professional, walked you through his process and explained the remediation process in detail. It helps that the work is under warranty should a problem recur. There is an inspection fee charge unlike other companies, but overall, reasonably priced and professionally done.

I would use Marcus again. He was responsive and completed the job as was described.
