"Ms. [Member Name Removed], I definitely am very familiar with your trapping situation. Let me start by apologizing for you feeling as if the office refused to honor the $400 deal. That deal was no longer to be running; however, Angie's list admins failed to remove it. Unfortunately, our system would not allow it to be processed any longer, which is why I personally encouraged you to provide your technician with the coupon instead. Your traps were serviced once daily, Monday through Friday, from the start date through the 30th without a doubt. The technician's GPS locations were monitored and, at one point, reported to you when you called in questioning his arrival time. On the Saturday that you are stating the trap was "still open", it was in fact TIED open. That is a technique referred to as "prebaiting". Doing so allows groundhogs to become more accustom to entering the baited traps without being captured; therefore, when live trapping begins again the following Monday, we are more likely to coax them in for removal. That is our standard procedure through the weekends and dates that the office is closed to ensure no animals are trapped and stranded with no technician to monitor them. I do acknowledge that your trap was removed 1 day early by accident. It was no courtesy to bring the trap back - that was absolutely what was owed to you. We reset the trap on the 3rd (because the 31st of May was a Friday and it would have been left tied open) and removed it the following day to ensure your full 7 days of trapping. Notations in my office say that Jaime reached out to you on June 5th once trapping completed to confirm your trapping results, but was unable to make contact. She then left a voicemail at 2:57 PM and no return call was received. I am extremely displeased to see this negative review and I can only hope that, should you ever choose to engage in service with Trappro again, you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a much more positive experience!
