"Cleaning went well with 3 guys and done in one day. They called to coordinate the day to start of the staining which let us avoid a dinner party we were having. A team of 8 stained for 2 consecutive days. They left the site clean. The price was about the same as we paid a one-man company 3 years earlier and about $1k less than another quote we got for the work. We were very pleased and will have them quote any future painting we need done."

"My experience has been excellent. Mendez Painting Services LLC painted the whole house outside. Replace a lot of wood that had rotted, restore all the ceilings, and paint it. Replace some of the wood in the windows that were broken and paint all the windows"

"Benjamin came today to paint my porch. Was through and professional as he sanded, primed and painted it. Was always pleasant and answered any questions I had. "I got into DIY paint job over my head. I put out an inquiry in the evening and the very next day at 8am, Gregory was at my house repainting it. The results were excellent. He was very tidy with drop cloths and painters tape for neat edges and all the necessary equipment. It was a seamless experience. Gregory was polite, pleasant, and took his boots off at the door. Wood stain does go bad, but it will last in the can for between three and six years, provided you use proper storage techniques.
