"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

They have very competitive prices and really stand out by offering a free sink and free installation. The two gentlemen that did my installation were absolutely wonderful. They were meticulousand ensured everything was level and properly supported prior to laying the granite. They laid drop cloths and cleaned behind themselves as they went. We would highly recommend Granite Vision (GV) for the kitchen countertop project. This past week, GV installed the counter top at our house. Following our first meeting with the owner, Roni, we came away impressed by his directness and knowledge of granites. We felt very confident about GV from the get go and without any second thoughts, contracted with GV. The crew consisted of Joseph (took the measurements), David and Johnny (installers) and Nevo (Plumber). We found them to be thorough professionals. They didn't take any short cuts in their respective jobs. As a result, the installation went smoothly. We particularly admired their efforts to ensure that the base was levelled before putting the granite slabs. GV exceeded our expectations big time and therefore, we absolutely have no hesitation in strongly recommending GV for granite countertop projects.

"It was about a 7 out of a 10. It is a family owned company. Some of the work was subcontracted out and some of them were not the best. The plumber was not the best. We got one other estimate and it was a lot higher. Our daughter might get an estimate for a kitchen countertop from them."
