"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."
"Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

We would highly recommend Granite Vision (GV) for the kitchen countertop project. This past week, GV installed the counter top at our house. Following our first meeting with the owner, Roni, we came away impressed by his directness and knowledge of granites. We felt very confident about GV from the get go and without any second thoughts, contracted with GV. The crew consisted of Joseph (took the measurements), David and Johnny (installers) and Nevo (Plumber). We found them to be thorough professionals. They didn't take any short cuts in their respective jobs. As a result, the installation went smoothly. We particularly admired their efforts to ensure that the base was levelled before putting the granite slabs. "I was looking for a small bathroom vanity countertop in a specific Silestone color. (A small remnant is NOT easy to find)! I called and spoke with Nicholas. He was extremely courteous. He did not have what I wanted but was willing to make some calls and said he would contact me the following week when he returned from vacation. He did call back (which was pretty awesome in itself) and had located what I wanted. I considered his pricing to be very fair. Because of circumstances, I did not end up using him. However, I was impressed with his courtesy, professionalism,and pricing. In future remodeling projects, I would definitely call Stone Depot first. "

"Very well. Once we selected the piece of granite, the company obtained it wa sent to their shop. From the warehouse. They then worked with our contractor to arrange the time to measure for the countertop. They cut the granite and installed the countertop. It looks beautiful and the installation was hassle free. They are good craftspeople."
