We have been in business over 35 years. We have 22 FT, and 2 PT employees. No sub contractors. Manufacturer trained professional technicians with "Master Technician" Certification. We charge a flat, fixed service charge and job rate. No travel charges. We are an independently owned service company headquartered in Maryland, owned and operated by Dean Landers.
"Terribly disappointed. I made an online appointment for repair and then received an email confirmation that I replied to the same day. Then crickets. Followed up by leaving a voicemail and text message (per instructions on phone tree) the day before and even more crickets. Called back morning of the appointment and appointment had been canceled stating they had not received my email or messages. Perhaps the technicians are great, but I’ll never know since communication with scheduling is lacking."
