Explained in detail how I should have been cleaning the pellet stove. Pointed out the disparities in the original installation that I want addressed and did not hesitate one second in securing an appoint with him to have this work done. "Great, provider was very friendly and did a great job.  Left no mess behind and told me about the damage to the inner parts of my chimney.  He said it needed to be replaced but wasn't being a pushy salesman and even said to get some quotes and call them back he I don't find a better deal.  They were on the expensive side when it came to replacing the panels tho.  But overall I would use them again to clean my chimney.

"Site measurements were taken and detailed drawings and price breakdown provided in a very short time. Instillation was on time. other trades worked in tandem. 
As part of the work Atlantis organized painting, plumbing and electrical alteration trades. Demolished the necessary portions prior to the commencement of the work. Removed debris and discarded in authorized yards. Arranged for glass shower doors to be ordered and supervised installation of the same.
The work was carried out on time and with no budget alterations. One unit was empty and the other was occupied. They worked cleanly and with minimum disruption.
The only delay was the 2 plumbing fixtures delivery (back ordered) which was an item the owner previously  arranged and ordered. They returned for the installation and provided final cleaning, detailing and polishing the granite at that time."

They gave me a window of 3 hours to arrive at the property, however I was the 1st appointment of the day so not sure why you can't confirm a time?  They also did not call me on their way to the job as discussed
I thought the price was reasonable for the service, however I can't confirm quality.  All I know is the job took a lot less than other chimney cleaning services I have had in the past.
