Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. He had all the right tools and made quick work of a task that would have taken me several hours and buying some new tools. Great work franklin!"

"Added repairs without permission, then charged a lot to do them. Example, replace a linen closet bi-fold door for $195. Door was about $45 and $150 for install because it was "very difficult to do" which is just not true. Said the old door just fell apart one day for no reason which is also hard to believe. Said he had to paint a wall, overcharged (cost about $350 I think for a gallon of paint and slapping it on) and didn't even try to match the color on the adjoining walls!! Feel like the contractor took advantage of me because I could not be present to review his claims. I live in Florida so obviously I'm only available by phone, but even then, the contractor didn't call and I found out the additional unauthorized repairs when I got the bill."
