Oh, came and took screens, worked on them at his place then returned and installed them 1 week later. Tried to post experience on my condo's message board website but post was never approved. "Steven DiMaggio responsed the my request within 24 hours. Set up a install date and was able to do the work before the scheduled time. Removed and replaced the old handrail in a two story row house. The steps are steep and the railing is from the second story to the first floor with a sharp turn. The work is beautiful. The carpenter was on time and skillful. We are very pleased with the work and the price was fair."
