"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

While I will say his and people did a good job, he proceeded to be sarcastic with me about the snow removal and amount, then told me I should have done it myself. He overcharged me based on his quote even though I agreed to the larger amount, then proceeded to charge me more based on his workers assessment of the snow being over 6 ft. tall even though I had told him it was about the size of a car (see photo). He initially was going to charge me $400 for 2 parking spaces, but said he had to charge more due to the excessive snow he had to move, I reminded him that in our original conversation I has asked him to and remove the snow, not move it, and he claimed he misunderstood me. He then told me I should have done it myself. I paid him his asking fee, but do not ever use this person or his company, he is clearly a scammer, and will try to up your bill if he thinks he can. $600!"
