Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.

A job more than well done! Also, within budget :)

I found 5thGen on Thumbtack and Christian was the most responsive and knowledgeable of the respondents to my search for fencing contractors. His team built me a gorgeous fenced-in urban oasis and the double lattice was his idea and custome made for our space. I’m attaching photos. He and his team then proceeded to repair our previous contractor’s errors (like installing new kitchen cabinets upside-down... really!) and did amaze my custome drywall work and mounding work. They even moved our challenger and you would never know the base had been relocated looking at the ceiling. Great great job, reliable and responsive on multiple projects for us since. Our relationship with 5thGen started at the end of 2015 and continues to date."

"First, the positives: - Great value for the service provide (especially with the Angie's List coupon) - Friendly and efficient crew - Team is equipped with necessary tools - Debris hauling is included Now, the negatives: - Difficult to contact and schedule appointment (phone goes straight to voicemail; no reply to e-mail) - Crew arrived 1.5 hours after scheduled time - The team is a bit rough - they broke five solar lights (suggestion - remove anything fragile from your garden before they get started) I would use Budget Landscape again, mitigating the negatives listed above."

"Power washing service: After the first visit, i was unsure of the quality of the job as it seemed that portions of the house were still as dirty as they were before the power washing.  Kevin, the owner, followed up with me right away and came back out free of charge.  He worked on the issue personally and tried everything he could to remove some of the staining.  Unfortunately it seems that it is just beyond repair.  These guys are very responsive and will make sure they go the extra mile to give you the best job possible.  Thanks!"
