My pool needed pretty much a rework of all the filtering and pump equipment due to age.

Contacted several companies for quotes.  BJ's was in the middle ground pricewise, but 2 of the companies were also sky high on their estimates.

These guys removed all the old equipment, put in a new concrete pad, & installed all new equipment.

They started on schedule and finished when they said they would.

Bill from BJ's did a great job and is very professional as is everyone else there at BJs.

Bob (the owner of BJs) even found me a replacement for my outdated fiber optic light which had not worked in years and had been discontinued by the manufacturers for years as well. Talk about finding a needle in a haystack!

Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.

A job more than well done! Also, within budget :)

His team built me a gorgeous fenced-in urban oasis and the double lattice was his idea and custome made for our space. I’m attaching photos. He and his team then proceeded to repair our previous contractor’s errors (like installing new kitchen cabinets upside-down... really!) and did amaze my custome drywall work and mounding work. They even moved our challenger and you would never know the base had been relocated looking at the ceiling. Great great job, reliable and responsive on multiple projects for us since. Our relationship with 5thGen started at the end of 2015 and continues to date."

"Power washing service: After the first visit, i was unsure of the quality of the job as it seemed that portions of the house were still as dirty as they were before the power washing.  Kevin, the owner, followed up with me right away and came back out free of charge.  He worked on the issue personally and tried everything he could to remove some of the staining.  Unfortunately it seems that it is just beyond repair.  These guys are very responsive and will make sure they go the extra mile to give you the best job possible.  Thanks!"
