Luckily the damage hadn't gotten too bad, and Richard was able to repair the broken brick, lay a new cement crown, scrape and remove algae build up, placed a new rain/animal guard, and sprayed the chimney with water repellant. All the debris was removed from our yard and driveway when they completed the work. Richard is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! "It was easy to set up an appointment with a quick phone call. The service technician (Stefan) called to let me know he'd be a few minutes late, which was much appreciated. He arrived and quickly got to work examining my misbehaving fireplaces, offering great advice about the damper, what to burn, how to perform simple cleaning tasks myself, etc. He went up on the roof to inspect the chimney, and was very thorough examining my two fireplaces. Fortunately, nothing major was required in the way of repairs, but I feel confident in calling on them again if I have further issues in the future."
