They provided literature, kept me highly informed of status, arrival, appointments, and work progress. They also completed a beautiful job on my neighbor's chimney rebuild/replace. The work looks really great and it is apparent that Mr. Thomas, Dwight, and the masonry crew take pride in their workmanship and quality. I hired them to clean my exterior dryer vent cover and remove it since I was constantly having issue of lint building up on it. I had them install a new NO-PEST VENT, Exclusive Dual Door Dryer Vent Cover so I wouldn't have issue of lint building up and they knew exactly how to adjust it to fit properly and installed it perfectly. They made sure to put sealant all around edges and went back up ladder to cover the screw holes from the previous cover with sealant as well. Lewis and his partner did a great job and I would definitely hire them again!"
