"I was contacted the same day I submitted my inquiry and had a scheduled appointment with in 24 hours. Finest Chimney contacted me 25 minutes before they arrived and they were exactly on time. He showed me the process and helped me understand not only the cleaning and inspection process but how to maintain and use the fireplace. Now my fireplace and chimney are super clean and ready to go!
