"Richard was extremely responsive, making a trip to the house prior to providing an estimate. His crew showed up on time and worked all day. My job took three days, and they left the house neat and tidy at the end of each day's work. They repaired my fireplace chimney, the fireplace chimney liner, and the utility chimney. Their experience and craftsmanship was on display in the quality of their work. The crew chief, Valentin, was outstanding with great communication and attention to detail.
