"It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and my power kept flickering on and off. I had the power company out to my home who informed me that the box where the main power comes in...under the meter needed to be replaced and I had to call an electrician to do that. I had been coordinating with another electrical company while I was at work, to have someone come out that day. Unfortunately despite their efforts to find an available electrician, by 3:00 p.m. they were still non-committal. So in desperation, I decided to use Angie's list for the first time. That is how I came upon Resolute Electric. Contact was made within 5 minutes, and Clause who is either the manager or the owner was at my home within 1 hour to complete an assessment and quote me a price. He had one of his electricians at my house within another hour and the work was completed by 8:00 p.m. . He did not charge me any extra for the late hour of service simply because he was more concerned about our safety then making or taking advantage of our desperation. Both Clause and Randy displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic that you don't come upon very often these days. That being said, I felt it was important that they're excellence be acknowledged. I can't thank them enough."

"I converted an attic into a 1 bedroom apartment with private bath, kitchen and laundry area years ago and contracted Brandon Oakley to do all of the electrical work. The job was completed timely, professionally and without any issues. Since then his company, Legendary Services, has expanded its services to now include installing back up generator systems and solar systems for sustaining your electrical needs during power outages. I have discussed these options with him and he is very knowledgeable and I am considering installing one or both of these systems in my home. I trust his judgement and his work based on great past experience."

"Chris and his team were pleasant and efficient. He made a needed service so simple....I had two other companies try to charge ne between $1500 to $3800 for service... I appreciate Chris being honest and didn't try to shaft me like the other two companies...thanks Chris for being honest and efficient services!"

"Installed an EV charging outlet in the garage. Great communication."

"Mike responded to my request for a quote within 2 days of my posting on Angi. He did my EV charging instillation 4 days later. I needed an electrical panel upgrade along with level 2 EV charging station. His overall quote was inline with expected cost for this work in my area. Mike was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Mike's electrical service."

"Technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose problem and replace faulty circuit breaker. Charge for labor was expected ($175/hr) but charge for replacement breaker was very steep in my opinion. Replacement part is $8 in store, was charged $168. I guess the $168 could be chalked up to paying for the knowledge that it was the problem, but to me that seems like what the labor charge should be for. Wouldnâ t consider it an emergency replacement either. Oh well."
