Our AC went out due to age, Climate Experts Sales guy, Petrie, was so knowledgeable and honest. We met with various other repair companies, and he was the one to make us feel safe and secure to work with them. He was able to explain all the different options available to us and guide us to one that best fitted our house. If Petrie is on your team, you are in good hands. Whole team is friendly and professional.

Very professional and courteous personnel . The new 2.5 ton unit they were installing was a bit larger than the old one and would have taken up more space in a very small condominium closet. They suggested removing a small section of the concrete internal wall thus allowing space saving. They also built a stronger frame to withhold the additional weight of the unit. This was accomplished in a single day with no additional charges. I highly recommend them and would definitively hire them again.

Their Service Technicians have been first rate. They listen, recognize the problem and then don't stop until the issue is resolved. I unfortunately had an awful experience with another HVAC provider (think setting off sprinklers, flooding condo, etc.) Climate Experts of Delmarva stepped in and were so professional, efficient, and kind. They found other, less obvious errors the other company had made. They were patient through the insurance process, then were able to jump in and get it installed quickly. Iâ m very happy.

Very responsive team. They were able to install within a week while others were quoting 3-4 weeks out right in the middle of a heat wave.

I was told they would register the product. After they left 7/3/21 no one returned my phone calls seeking the warranty reregistration. They did an excellent job on the install, and then failed to tie up loose ends after they were paid. To this day I have not had a return call. 6 weeks and at least 5 messages. I Registered the products myself 8/10

Service technician was knowledgeable and found the problem, made some calls and found the required part. Had us running in no time.

The installers worked very hard to get our American Standard unit installed during 90 degree weather. The gentleman who helped program the thermostat was also very patient and kind.

They installed a ductless mini split system.

From the first contact they were professional. From the sales pitch to the installation I was very pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend them. Was in the middle of a heatwave and they checked availability of a unit and actually moved my install date up by a day.

They did a first class job. The install was done in one day and they It left only after everything was complete and working properly and the area was clean. It was first class from start to finish.

I was without heat as my 22 year old furnace finally gave up. I called Steve and he had a crew here as quickly as possible . They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in a matter of a few hours. Very courteous and efficient. First class workmanship. I had an estimate from another contractor and Steve was able to beat that and I was extremely happy with the product ,the workmanship and the price as well as the customer focus

Of the three recommended Climate was the only one to follow through and did not disappoint either in service, cost, or delivery.
