"lore ordered two fans from Amazon, and they were supposed to be in on a Wensday but came in on Thursday. I had a jobs lined up on Thursday and Friday . I called her Fri and made an appointment for Monday morning. It was best I could do.I hung the fans, and she called back again. Two have a tv mounted. Mounted the tv she said she was pleased with all my work and said she referred me to other people .I believed she got mad because I couldn't mount the fan on her time,and she never said anything bad about my work and paid me in full."

We hired Bob to find the problem with our outdoor lights not working. He was right on time for our appointment and Not only did he diagnose the problem but fixed the wire issues that same visit! Update he made his first payment on the restitution. This was a very disappoint experience. Well that was short. I was notified that I was never seeing another penny. Not even for the expensive wench which I returned to him to return to the seller. He pocketed that money too. I had to come to DE from NY to be ripped off!! Who would have thought! Never use Bobs electrical. Besides horrible work that had to be done over by another electrician, he is dishonest and thoughtless. Home Advisor will not t even get back to me. Another bad review for them is coming!!

Bob installed a custom light fixture in my kitchen and a new dimmer switch. He made a few adjustments to the fixture so it looks great. Worked clean and quickly , even with an injured hand! Good work all around, will hire again for sure

Bob was very detailed and specific on what he was doing very informative. He Trouble shoot to see where the default in the circuit. He found it and replaced afew switches. All works well. Would recommend him . Plan on using him again in the future.

I made an appoint a week ahead of time for Saturday 9am. Called Bob at 10am to ask if he was on his way. He said he was running late. called again 12;30pm he would not answer.

Bob and Joe were absolutely wonderful! They installed two fanlights (one of which was a bear to install!) and attached a light kit to another. They were on time, even early, which was great, were so nice to deal with, and were very patient when I had lost the screw packet for one of the fanlights. Fortunately, I found it, so they were able to go back down and install that one, too. They were very efficient, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely keep them on my list for any other work I need. Forgot to add that they even dusted off the dirty ceiling fan blades when they attached the light kit! Above and beyond the call of duty!!!!
