Nate and Rich initially came out to inspect reasons why our lights were flickering and to fix some lights that were not working with the possibility of switching everything to wafer LED lights. After an inspection, Nate found that our electric box outside was actually improperly installed and needed to be fixed. He gave us a great price to do that along with switching out all of our old lights to the wafer LED lights and installing 2 additional lights in our bedroom and 2 new fans. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They scheduled to come back out with a team on my next available day and did amazing work. Nate, Rich, Matt E, Jacob and Brian worked most of the day here. They were patient with my youngest asking a lot of questions and even took the time to ask if my dogs would be alright being covered or if I would like to move them. The work looks great and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Nate and his team for any electrical needs!

I called Expert Wire about a small issue in my home. After evaluation, I realized my system was bad need of an update. I was given many options and explanations as to what would work for me. On date of service the job was completed as projected and in the time framed outlined. Thank you to Nate, Rich, Deigh, Jerry, Chris H and Bryan. I feel my system is totally up to date. Also the job site was left spotless.

Deigh and Jeremyah were great— they did a professional job on all the electrical fixes we needed and talked us through the process/options for the work. When a special light fixture needed a rare part Deigh drove to local stores to see if he could get it same-day, and when he couldn’t find the part he got it ordered and came back out a few days later to finish the job at no extra cost. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job upgrading our home.

Recently, I set up a service appointment with Expert Wire to diagnose and repair an issue I was having with my electrical panel. I appreciated the advanced text I received to advise of the repair tech en route to my home, as well as a "bio" of the tech (which was impressive!). The service tech, Blayne, was on-time, very professional, polite, and most importantly, obviously knew what he was doing. He diagnosed and repaired the issues I was experiencing with the panel, explaining everything he was doing throughout the whole process. Shane and Chris B. came out to my home to run a new 20amp service to the second floor for my washing machine. I have the inquisitive nature of an elementary school student, with about the equivalent understanding of electrical things. They were patient dealing with my questions and were able to explain things to me at a third grade reading level. My home was built in the late 1800s so it’s simultaneously falling down and solid as a rock which presented Shane and Chris B. some unexpected challenges, but they were able to get the job done. Inspection passed without issue. I’ll be using expert wire again, as my dealings with them so far have been outstanding.

We enjoyed a great experience working with Expert Wire. They installed a 50 amp RV hook up for us, as well as upgraded all our smoke detectors. Shane and Kehan were very professional and knew their stuff. The install was done quickly and efficiently. We decided to sign up for their "Expert Club Protection Plan" and saved 10% off our install.
