"This company is the epitome of excellence. I hired JES to install engineered push piers for our slab. Prior to the work being done our entire upstairs would squeak, no matter how softly you’d step. After they completed, the squeaky floor subsided by 80/90%! Which is so amazing, and I didn’t even think it would fix as much as it did. We also had them use polyurethane foam to stabilize additional areas of our slab and driveway! The driveway wasn’t bad, but there’s a noticeable improvement. Where me and my husband were really impressed was by the production crew. They were extremely buttoned up, timely, and extremely considerate. They even managed to allow my kids to nap without disturbing them! How they did that is beyond me. When they got up though, they started the “jacking” process. My oldest son (6) and I were giggling at the noises it made, and the crew laughed along with him. The crew leaders- Greg Shock and Luis Carranza communicated through every step of the process and insured that we were 100% satisfied with the project prior to even asking for a final payment. That alone made me feel secure about my decision to have JES do this work. When it comes to home services, this company is truly a class act and a clear level above other companies in their field. They offer full solutions without adding on a ton of extras to pad the cost. I was informed of the importance of drainage around our slab, and it was explained to me with such grace and patience. I am not well versed in this field ha! Not only was excellent work done, but it is also warrantied for life! JES will be the only contractor I call going forward for my foundation needs. Complete Concrete Systems provides a full line of concrete work including decorative concrete (staining, polished, polyaspartic coatings for garage floors) as well as foundation repairs, restoration of damaged concrete, and all types of flatwork.
"Did not grind. They said it did not need it. Had a patio and walkway stained and sealed. They took a phone photo of the wet concrete. When it dried it was a disaster. Concrete coming through the stain. Immediately called to come look at it but since I had only paid 1/2 down the owner, Jason Stolba refused. Saying when I paid the balance he would check it out. The salesman said I was a pain because I kept calling when he was at the hospital visiting his sick mother. I asked how am I to know where you are? At this point Timothy Partner got very nasty telling me I was tiring with all my questions. I have a multitude of pictures I could furnish I asked Mr Stolba for my money back and he said if I took my negative review down he would comply."

"We used this builder on the advice of another contractor. We are so disappointed. The simplest thing - putting composite decking down - was a disaster because they used the wrong screws (photo attached)! Our warranty is void now, but there's more! I was unable to upload all of the photos, but there is so much wrong I can't list it all here. The railings were put up wrong. The deck - even after three corrections - is still not straight to the house and so the steps are "crooked" to the patio. Because the composite boards have been reused three times now, we have holes with no screws (photo attached). He used 2x8s on the frame, but 2x6 joists - and when we asked where the joist hangers were - he added 2x4 hangers. On the screen porch roof we had to ask for gutters and when they were installed they were too short on both sides - so he stuck a piece of bent flashing under the shingles to "redirect" the rest of the water (photos attached). The entire project has been a nightmare and it's not over yet. Please do not EVER use this guy. I have no clue how he got a license.... and the best part? He put the WRONG license number on the contract!"
