Due to uncontrollable circumstances (rain, high winds, work schedule), there was a several-week delay between the original estimate (which was done immediately) and the actual work, which was performed yesterday. In the interim, Mr. Dagenhart provided periodic updates and was very professional. He and one helper arrived on time and trimmed 5 large trees. Throughout the job, he sought my approval and made certain that the work met my expectations.
