I was able to discuss my needs and concerns in detail with him and he was the most honest of all the contractors I had contacted. The company showed up on time and they were exceptional. Courteous, friendly and my removal was flawless. Absolutely no issues and I was more than pleased with their work. They cleaned up the property after completion and I had no complaints. Due to uncontrollable circumstances (rain, high winds, work schedule), there was a several-week delay between the original estimate (which was done immediately) and the actual work, which was performed yesterday. In the interim, Mr. Dagenhart provided periodic updates and was very professional. He and one helper arrived on time and trimmed 5 large trees.
