I phoned him on a Monday, he came and did and estimate on Wednesday and the job was completed the following week. He replaced and painted 2 doors in our basement, replaced 4 faucets in our bathrooms and repaired a bifold door upstairs. Sean was professional and respected both our time and our property. He left his work area spotless.The jobs were finished on time as promised. "Felix was excellent at caulking my shower glass bottom frame--i told him he only needed to buy one tube of caulk to do the job but he brought 2 tubes. there was a language barrier although he was very nice once he got here..he was here less than one hour and charged me $120 plus the cost of $34 for 2 tubes of caulk--which in my opinion was expensive as he only used 1/4 of one tube of caulk and didn't offer to only charge me for one tube. He did arrive the same day which was great."
